I am excited to begin retirement life, and will be cheering on IMPA and its member communities from the sidelines.”
“Frank’s character, experience, energy, and analytical approach have been great assets to IMPA,” commented President and CEO Jack Alvey. “His leadership and guidance will leave a lasting impression on our staff and member communities. We wish him the best in his retirement.”
