The Indiana Municipal Power Agency works with members and utility personnel to provide up-to-date information on topics of importance to municipal electric communities.

The Indiana Municipal Power Agency works with our members and other industry personnel to keep abreast of topics relevant to public power and other industry-related issues.

The Agency produces the Municipal Power News for member communities, a periodic newsletter customized with news and happenings for each member city and town.  Additionally, the Agency distributes the bi-monthly IMPA Wire publication containing IMPA-specific and industry news.

Indiana Municipal Power Agency and the City of Anderson celebrate 5 MW solar park

ANDERSON, IN – Surrounded by children from local schools, Anderson Mayor Tom Broderick, representatives of the City of Anderson, Anderson Municipal Light and Power (AML&P) Electric Utility Director Tony Pochard, AML&P employees, and representatives from the Indiana Municipal Power Agency (IMPA) joined together on Tuesday to cut the ribbon on the Anderson 1 Solar Park.
