The Indiana Municipal Power Agency works with members and utility personnel to provide up-to-date information on topics of importance to municipal electric communities.

The Indiana Municipal Power Agency works with our members and other industry personnel to keep abreast of topics relevant to public power and other industry-related issues.

The Agency produces the Municipal Power News for member communities, a periodic newsletter customized with news and happenings for each member city and town.  Additionally, the Agency distributes the bi-monthly IMPA Wire publication containing IMPA-specific and industry news.

FRANKFORT - The nation's largest snack maker has announced expansion plans in Frankfort. Frito-Lay, which is owned by PepsiCo Inc. (Nasdaq: PEP), says it will pump $159 million into its Clinton County operations and add 50 jobs.

IMPA eyeing Tipton County for new solar field
